Freefalling

A man in South Africa apparently fell 1000m after his parachute didn't open. He walked away with minor bruises.

These stories seem to happen all the time, I know, but this one is special. The guy was on his first jump. And his quote after the fact was, "I thought I just had a bad landing."

He didn't know that his parachute hadn't opened.

Good thing, too, otherwise he might have soiled his jean pant.
